MINUTES

Meeting held via internet with faxed ballots.

PRESENT:
Gregg Bergstrom, Philip Kercher, Geoff Glass, James Mead, Stephen Grose, Tom Pitts, Mike Chitwood.

With allowance for two non-voting members, quorum was confirmed.

ABSENT:
Russell Kent, Ray Tiedemann, Mike Kelly, Randy Kaiser, Mike Dodson, and Don Rainey.

BUSINESS:
New Treasurer Gregg Bergstrom led the meeting, updating the Board on recent activity as management and Officer positions are transitioned.

Gregg is now the sole signer on the Bank account at Key Bank.

Discussion about new staff (Association Management Inc.) coming on Board, led by Lianna Collinge, as well as probability that WSSHE will change banks within the next six weeks.

Gregg Bergstrom moved to add Tom Pitts to the signature card with Gregg, and adding Lianna Collinge as AMI comes on board.  Stephen Grose seconded, Board was unanimous.

Gregg will add Tom and Lianna to the signature card with the new  bank as soon as we are ready to switch.

Meeting adjourned with no further business.
